WHAT INFORMATION DOES ERRANT COLLECT ABOUT MYSELF?
Any personal information you provide to ERRANT is maintained on secure servers and our internal systems. We collect information when you register online or update your account, log In, place an order, opt-in to receive our emails, shop online or join our social networking sites. This information may include, but is not limited to, your contact information (for example, your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses and phone number) and your credit card information.
We also collect information from third-party sources, including social media and other websites that display authorized ERRANT branding. For example, if you post a comment on our Facebook page or send us a message on Twitter, we may collect that information as described in this Privacy & Security Statement. We also may collect information about you from commercially available sources (such as data aggregators and public databases). Please note that we may combine this information with other information that we collect about you and use it as described here.
HOW DOES ERRANT USE MY INFORMATION?
ERRANT uses the information you provide to customize advertising and content that we present to you, to contact you concerning specials and new products and to enhance our product offerings. We also use your information to process and fulfill your orders, including sending you emails to confirm your order status and shipment. We use your information to help us learn more about your shopping preferences. Additionally, we use your information to help us address problems with and improve our site design, products and services. Lastly, we use your information to contact you if necessary about any concerns you may have with the ERRANT brand.

WHAT ARE MY CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS?
Under California Law, California residents have the right to request in writing from businesses with whom they have an established business relationship, (1) a list of the categories of personal information, such as name, address, e- mail address, and the type of services provided to the customer, that a business has disclosed to third parties (including affiliates that are separate legal entities) during the immediately preceding calendar year for the third parties' direct marketing purposes, and (2) the names and addresses of all such third parties.

We will respond to such written requests within thirty (30) days following receipt of the e-mail as stated above. If we receive your request from a different e-mail not matching your subscription account, we will respond within a reasonable period of time, not exceeding one hundred-fifty (150) days from the date received. Please note that we are only required to respond to each customer once per calendar year.
DOES ERRANT SHARE MY INFORMATION?
ERRANT will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to any third party except when:
- You have been given an opportunity to "opt out" of sharing the information and have declined to exercise that right within the time period provided; and/or
- ERRANT may disclose your personal information to third parties if we believe disclosure is appropriate to comply with law, regulation, legal process or government request; enforce the terms of any of our policies; or protect the rights, property or safety of ERRANT, our employees, staff, executives, officers or our clients. This may include assistance in fraud protection, respond to subpoenas, court orders, investigations, or other legal process requiring such disclosure.
HOW DO I KNOW ERRANT IS PROTECTING MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND IT IS SECURE?
ERRANT employs reasonable measures to maintain all personally identifiable information provided by you on computer servers in a controlled and secured environment in an effort to hinder unauthorized access, loss, alteration, use or disclosure of such information. ERRANT utilizes Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) encryption technology and firewall network protection to protect personally identifiable information that is transmitted to ERRANT's e-commerce websites.
You will be able to tell that you are on a secure mode on the checkout page by the following:

Some versions of browsers and some firewalls don’t permit communication through secure servers like the ones we use to process orders at ERRANT.com. If you cannot access the secure server for any reason, you can place order by calling 1-888- 396-5931.
While we implement these and other security measures on our sites, please note that 100% security is not always possible. You play a role in protecting your information as well. Because your password permits access to your personal information, please keep your password secret and do not disclose it to others.
HOW DOES ERRANT PROTECT CHILDREN?
ERRANT as a general rule does not permit children under the age of thirteen (13) to register to use the websites. In the event that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of thirteen (13) without verification of parental consent, we will delete the information as soon as possible. ERRANT does not sell products for purchase by children.
WHAT IS “PHISHING”?
"Phishing" is a scam designed to steal your personal information. If you receive an email that looks like it is from us asking you for your personal information, do not respond. We will never request your password, user name, credit card information or other personal information through email.
WHAT ARE THIRD-PARTY SITES?
ERRANT works with reputable third parties who perform services on our behalf. Sometimes these service providers need information about our customers in order to do their jobs, such as fulfill orders and promotions, maintain and manage our customer database and report on customer behavior and/or preferences. When ERRANT allows these service providers access to your information, we require them to maintain your information in the strictest confidence and we do not permit them to use it in any way other than to help us provide you with better service.
We currently use the services of a few carefully selected companies to help manage and optimize our Internet business and communications. These companies help us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and better understand how visitors use our sites. To do this, cookies are placed on computer browsers and web beacons are placed on our websites on our behalf. The type of information collected in this manner includes pages visited, products viewed and products placed in your shopping cart. You can review and change certain personal information related to your online account (such as your name and contact information). To access your information on the ERRANT website, simply sign in to your account and use your password, and you will be able to edit your personal information in your account profile.

If you no longer want to receive information from ERRANT please contact us and we will process your request. You will need to send us the following information:

Your request may take up to ten (10) business days to process, and you may receive e-mail or postal mail in the meantime. Your removal request, along with your name and address, will be stored in a "do not contact" file to ensure that we can honor your request. Please note that if you make subsequent purchases from our website, we will confirm your order by e-mail, and we may need to contact you by phone, e-mail, or postal mail with other questions regarding your order.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY ONLINE ACCOUNT AND WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY PASSWORD?
When setting up an online account on our website, you will be prompted to select a password. The retrieval of personal information relating to you and your order history is only available to you if you provide the correct password that you have created, and all profile information, including your address, is only available while you are logged in to your account. After providing your password, you can edit or delete your information at any time through the "my account" page.
If you forget your password, a new password will be assigned to you and will be e-mailed to your e-mail address. We will not give passwords out over the phone, nor will we e-mail them to a different address than the one used to register.
Your address book, located in the "my account" page of each website, is your personal storage space. We do not use the information in your address book to send e-mail promotions by mail.
